Answer:

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

The only time a women is permitted to miss her prayers is during her monthly menstrual periods and after child birth. If she consistently bleeds then there is an allowance for her to wash her privates just before salah, change into fresh sanitary pad/underwear and perform the prayers.

The wisdom behind this ruling is that if one is affected with a disease which is incurable and is restricting her to stay in wudu, she can and should establish the regular prayers in spite of the discharge.

If a woman cannot hold her urine and suffers from this defect all her life, then she should follow the above and perform her prayers. If one advises her she cannot pray if there is a discharge, then that would mean she can never pray in her life time. The disease is no fault of hers per se. The other option is to pray and hope for Allah swt mercy and forgiveness.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.   Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
